All items are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify LA Container immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify LA Container of the damaged goods within the first 7 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.
If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please call to obtain an RMA number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for restocking, repacking or freight charges. You will need the following information to authorize your return:

If product is returned for credit or you cancel your order (after it has been shipped), shipping charges and a 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied.
If you refuse a package without authorization, a 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed along with all shipping charges.
Credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
LA Container reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
