Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to the high quantity of goods being shipped this time of year, UPS has informed us they will not be issuing guaranteed service refunds for any UPS Ground shipments that are to be received between the dates of 11/27/17 and 12/24/17.

What this means for you is that UPS can delay shipment as long as they need during this busy season. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping refunds for orders made between those days mentioned above, nor can we provide estimated shipment arrival dates for your orders. We are greatly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please note this does not apply to UPS Air Shipments.

All orders are shipped out UPS, fob Anaheim, California. Larger orders may be shipped via common carrier and freight charges will be added to your order. Please call for details. 

Due to online system limitations Lacontainer does not ship UPS collect using an account number that is not our own.

At the current time, LA does not ship outside of the United States. For international orders please call LA Packaging @ (714) 694-0300.


Business days are Monday through Friday. No Saturday deliveries.


Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-3 business days, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipment method selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 2-4 days you will be notified. A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the packages are returned to LA Container Inc., a $15.00 fee per box will be applied to your credit card. If you would like the package to be re-sent, there will be an additional fee plus shipping costs.
