All items purchased on this website are subject to the following return policy

Once an order has been placed, customers have 30 days from the invoice date to initiate the return process. Any returns attempted after 30 days will be subject to review from our sales team. All returns must be in “new” condition and in original packaging. No used or damaged items will be accepted for return.

Due to the nature of our products a 20% restocking fee will apply to your return unless otherwise stated by our sales team. Additionally, original shipping charges will not be refunded and all return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

You will need an RMA agreement from our sales team prior to returning your items. No return will be accepted without proper RMA paperwork.

To initiate the return process and receive your RMA number, you will need to email the following information to [email protected] or call us at (714) 694-0202

  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Part Number(s)
  • Quantity
  • Reason For Return

After this information is reviewed an RMA number will be issued. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.

Once your RMA number and paperwork is obtained, please return items in the original packaging to the following address:

Customers are required to pay for return shipment charges unless otherwise stated by our sales team. It is highly recommended to use a carrier that offers package tracking and insurance as the customer assumes responsibility for the return shipment.

Returned items are inspected upon delivery at our distribution center. If approved, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return. If you return is declined you will be notified.

Damaged Items:

All items purchased from LA Container Store are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If any merchandise arrives damaged, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Also, please save the merchandise, original box and packaging it arrived in so we can start a claim with our shipper. Notify our customer service team immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify LA Container Store of the damaged goods within the first 10 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

Incorrect/Missing Items:

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect products, please leave all items in original packaging and notify our sales team within 10 days of receipt. Our team will review your case and get back to you with next steps in a timely manner. If you do not notify LA Container Store of the missing or incorrect goods within the first 10 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

Promotions:

If your order is returned (partially or in full) after having received Free Shipping due to any promotion or any other promotion code entered at checkout, you will be charged the original shipping amount plus any return shipping fees if applicable.

LA Container Store reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
