All items are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify LA Container immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise.

If you refuse, return, or exchange your order, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed along with all shipping charges.
Credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date.
If your order is returned (partially or in full) after having received Free Shipping due to any promotion or any other promotion code entered at checkout, you will be charged the original shipping amount plus any return shipping fees if applicable.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
LA Container reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
