Our Statcons series are produced with the highest quality pink Anti-Static polypropylene material, resulting in a container with a surface resistivity of 1 x 10¹⁰ to 9.9 x 10¹² ohms per square while offering a high surface resistance to enable basic anti static charging of products contained within. Certifications, Regulatory Data Sheets, MSDS, and Drug Master File assistance is available upon request as we ensure and guarantee strict Material Lot Number traceability with each plastic container we produce.

The Statcons^® SC4013-ASP hinged-lid design creates an air and moisture resistant container applicable in diverse industries including product packaging, workplace organization, lab supply or tool storage. This Anti-Static Pink plastic vial inhibits the buildup of potentially damaging electric charges that result from triboelectric friction, making it perfect as protective packaging during transport or storage.

The material used to manufacture this product does not contain any allergens - defined by the FDA as Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustaceans, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, or Tree nuts.
Animal Derived Content
There are no known sources of Animal Derived Content in the raw materials used to manufacture this product.
Bisphenol A
This product does ot contain any 4,4'-Bisphenol A (BPA), CAS # 80-05-7.
CONEG/Heavy Metals
This product meets the CONEG limitation of 100ppm for the total incidental context of cadmium, chromium, lead, or mercury. The quantity of these heavy metals is below the limits given in Annex II (Note) of the Decision 2002/525/EC of June 27th
Epoxy Derivatives
The material used to manufacture this product does not contain 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane bis (2,3-epoxypropyl) ether (BADGE), bis(hydroxyphenyl)methane bis(2,3-epoxypropyl) ethers (BFDGE) or novolac glycidyl ethers (NOGE).
European Directive 2003/11/EC
This product conforms to the European Directive 2003/11/EC of February 2003 amending 76/769/EEC of 27 July 1076. No Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB), Polychlorinated Terphenyls (PCT), Octobromo-diphenyl ethers (OctaBDE), or Decabromo-diphenyl ethers (Deca-BDE) was used in the manufacturing of this product
Latex

Phthalates
This product does not include the intentional addition of any phthalate plasticizers, including Benzyl Butyl Phthalate (BBP), CAS #85-68-7, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), CAS #84-74-2, or Di(2-ethylhexyl) Phthalate (DEHP), CAS #117-81-8. However, the manufacturer of the polypropylene resin used in this product reports that levels of up to 5 ppm phthalates may occur as residuals from the catalyst system used to manufacture this polymer.
Revised RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU
The chemical composition of the polypropylene material used in the manufacturing of this product is compliant with the Revised RoHS Directive, 2011/65/EU. This material contains less than 0.1% of lead (Pb) or lead compounds, mercury (Hg) or mercury compounds, hexacalent chromium compounds (Cr⁺⁶), and polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) flame retardants or polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants; and additionally contains less than 0.01% cadmium (Cd) or cadmium compounds.
REACH SVHC
This product does not contain any of the 163 chemicals held to be Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC's) as defined by the European REACH Program. Incidental amounts of any of these chemicals occuring as impurities, if present, would be below the 0.1% threshold.
SHELF LIFE
While the shelf life of products manufactured with thermoplastic composites is considered to be indefinite if stored in stable environments, the shelf-life of our products can be extended by storing the products at room temperature, out of sunlight, and in a dry environment.
